ENHANCE YOUR VOCABULARY
Each short story consists of three parts:
1) A narrative containing dialogues paired with English translations for immediate understanding. All short stories are placed on the right side for your note-taking convenience. Each short story uses both direct and indirect speech to help you get used to both forms.
2) A list of the most commonly used verbs in the narration.
3) Illustrations that highlight key words related to the short story's topic.
The words and verbs are provided next to their English translations, allowing you to practice by covering the Russian part with your hand and associating words with the images in the illustration.
